OJSC POBEDA LSR
The history of OJSC Pobeda LSR, the leading ceramic brick producer in Russia, dates back to 2005 when the management of LSR Group decided to merge three brick factories located in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region – Keramika, Lenstroikeramika and Pobeda – into one company. The total capacity of the brick manufacturer is 290 mln NF bricks a year.
Brick association Pobeda LSR produces all kinds of building and facing ceramic bricks as well as porous large format RAUF bricks. The company has its own resource base: Krasny Bor and Lenstroikeramika-Kariyer quarries of Cambrian blue clay.
The RAUF line of products includes porous bricks of 2.1NF, 4.5NF, 10.7NF, 11.2NF and 14.3NF formats used both in low-rise and high-rise construction. Two key advantages of RAUF products versus ordinary bricks – porous structure and large format – provide for much better thermophysical properties and consumer value of the bricks.
The association cooperates with the major construction companies in Northwest Russia and the Moscow region and has a regional office in Moscow.
In St. Petersburg and Moscow it has set up two dealership clubs to distribute company brick products. The retail outlets network of Kirpichny Centr distributes bricks made by Pobeda LSR, porous large format RAUF bricks, various types of facing, building and clinker bricks produced by the leading European companies as well as related goods.
Uninterrupted deliveries of bricks are ensured not only to construction projects in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region but to other Russian regions too. At present the company supplies its products to Moscow and the Moscow Region, Tyumen Region, Vologda, Arkhangelsk, Murmansk and other Russian cities.
Each of Pobeda LSR factories has been frequently awarded with certificates and diplomas to acknowledge both their high quality of products and professional management level and social responsibility. On two occasions, in 2005 and 2006, Pobeda LSR was a winner of the Builder of the Year competition in nomination “Best manufacturer and supplier of building materials, structures and engineering equipment for buildings.”
